Elon Musk Sexual Assault Claim
Business Insider has published an article stating: A SpaceX flight attendant said Elon Musk exposed himself and propositioned her for sex, documents show. The company paid $250,000 for her silence.
The alleged incident took place in 2016, wherein a flight attendant told a friend that when she took the job she was encouraged to obtain a masseuse license so that she could perform massages for Elon and other high executives within the company during flights. Via signed declarations from the friend and flight attendant, she alleges that she was called to give Elon a fully body massage during a flight to London. Elon exposed his genitals to her, touched her thigh, and offered to buy her a horse if she did more (sexual acts). She declined and continued with the massage.
In 2018, the flight attendant felt that the denial of Elon’s offer lead to her employment opportunities being diminished and she hired a California attorney to file a complaint to the company’s human resource department. Documents show that a meditation in which Elon attended, happened quickly thereafter and in November 2018 SpaceX paid the flight attendant $250,000 in severance and required signatures of promise to never sue. The settlement also included strict non-disclosure and non-disparagement clauses barring the flight attendant from speaking out the settlement and or allegations. However, shortly thereafter the standing California governor signed into law the “Stand Against NonDisclosure Act” which bars the use of NDAs involving sexual harassment, discrimination or assault.
Elon’s Statement
As Elon is currently in talks to obtain Twitter he went straight to his media of choice to discuss the allegations. Musk tweeted: The attacks against me should be viewed through a political lens – this is their standard (despicable) playbook – but nothing will deter me from fighting for a good future and your right to free speech.
Let’s take a look at a timeline shall we?
On May 18th Elon Tweeted: Political attacks on me will escalate dramatically in coming months. This assuming to be part of his tweet series indicating that he was no longer voting Democratic and would be following the Republicans because Democrats “have become the party of division and hate”. Interesting thing to say about the group that is the majority buyers of Tesla, but I digress.
The Business Insider article was published in the late hours of May 19th, which means that someone from Business Insider would have had to contact Elon or a representative prior to that date to ask for comment on the story. Is it merely a coincidence that Elon’s shift in political party and assumption that political parties are going to attack him came within that timeframe? We could also bring up multiple sexual harassment claims that have been brought up to SpaceX and Tesla but, Elon for the time is going to stand by his claims that this is “politically driven attack”.
Meanwhile, he’s busy tweeting about the “scandal”
There is still so much more to come on Elon’s connection to Amber Heard. So far what we do KNOW is that he’s been in a relationship with her, allegations of sex & drug parties while Amber was with Johnny, the fight over their embryos that he wanted to destroyed (yet she has a baby now??), the way he hid and ran away after attempts to have him served as a witness for this trial. This is just another layer of Elon Musk and I guarantee that there is a LOT more to come.
Jennifer Howell to Testify for Depp
CourtTV is reporting that Jennifer Howell, close friend of Amber’s sister Whitney will testify on behalf of Johnny Depp before closing arguments.
Pursuant to Jennifer’s signed declaration following the UK trial, Jennifer is Whitney’s “dear friend”, her “chosen sister” and employed Whitney at her nonprofit The Art of Alysium. Jennifer is the “employer” that Whitney has testified to staying with after being kicked out of the ECB because of the “stairs incident”.

Jennifer’s statement include the following (Note these are not exact quotes, rather paraphrasing key points):
Whitney testifies she stayed with her on her floor following the stairs incident. Jennifer states that is untrue and that she had her own guest room.
Whitney told her that when she tried to intervene between Amber & Johnny on the stairs, Amber nearly pushed her down the stairs. She said she was “worried Amber was going to kill Johnny”
While Whitney lived with her she regularly checked in on Johnny, her “brother”, and on multiple occasions stated she did not know why he stayed with Amber
Whitney told her after being in New York with Amber that Amber had “freaked out, attacked Whitney and threw a full glass of red wine at her”
While Johnny & Amber were in Australia, Whitney yelled in their office “oh my God, she has done it now. She has cut off his fucking finger.”
Jennifer mentions Paige (Amber & Whitney’s mother) stating the reason they broke up was because Amber was violent, emotional and loved Johnny so much that she couldn’t control it.
Jennifer also makes mention of Elon gifting them Teslas that were according to Amber “bugged” and that Amber claimed he was violent and controlling of her amidst their battle over the embryos.
Both parties have the opportunity to call additional witnesses in the need for rebuttal over the course of testimony. This morning the parties met with the Judge and I can only assume that the report is coming from CourtTV following that meeting and submitting their witness lists for next week. Will Jennifer’s testimony be live and on the stand or a prerecorded deposition? That part we don’t know but, if she were to be called live I would assume she will be one of the last of the week. Amber’s team only has 8 hours of Court time remaining (Johnny’s if I remember correctly had 18 and some change). If they hold Jennifer until the end, this may preclude Amber’s team from any cross examination time with her and leave that testimony as the last the jury hears before closing arguments.
One important piece that leads me to think that she could be on the stand: this week on social media Jennifer Howell shared that her apartment had been broken into. Someone had taken a drill through the door, did not steal anything, and left. Was this a manipulation tactic to keep her out of the Courtroom and scare her out of testifying? If she is there in person will rely on the proof that she has not been following social media coverage of the case, if there’s any determination that she has they will use a prerecorded deposition, but if not…. I’ll have a mega pint ready.
